St. Joseph's School for the Blind provides comprehensive educational and therapeutic services to children, and young adult students (ages 3-21) who are: Preschool Disabled, Blind/Visually Impaired and/or Multiply Disabled. Therapeutic intervention supporting developmentally based academic programs are individually formulated and implemented to meet a student's needs.

ECLC is a private, nonprofit, network of agencies providing lifelong services to children and adults with disabilities. Our two schools serve more than 300 children, ages 5-21. Our innovative teachers and professional staff are constantly exploring and seeking new ways to help our students achieve their greatest potential, through transition to work or engagement in day/evening programs.

The Midland School

Midland opened its doors in 1960 for two students with developmental disabilities. Today the school serves approximately 200 students from central and northern New Jersey. The School is approved by the New Jersey Department of Education and was twice honored by the United States Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.
