Two special education attorneys will take us through issues such as placement, related services, transportation, transition, graduation issues, regression/recoupment and compensatory education – and what all of this means during the COVID-19 pandemic.

About our presenters

Lisa Parles is a founder partner at Parles, Rekem, Attorneys at Law and the mother of an adult with autism. An active advocate for progressive public policy for those with severe disabilities, she represents individuals with disabilities and their families.

Judith Weinstock, of counsel at Parles, Rekem, Attorneys at Law, and herself an educator, handles cases in areas of special education, early intervention, transition and adult services, residential placements, guardianships, and insurance coverage.
