St. Joseph’s School for the Blind

St. Joseph's School for the Blind provides comprehensive educational and therapeutic services to children, and young adult students (ages 3-21) who are: Preschool Disabled, Blind/Visually Impaired and/or Multiply Disabled. Therapeutic intervention supporting developmentally based academic programs are individually formulated and implemented to meet a student's needs.

Community School's primary goal is to help children achieve a level of performance in the classroom that is fully commensurate with their abilities, intellects and talents. We provide skilled remedial help and a challenging college preparatory curriculum taught within the framework of an educational plan developed to meet each student's needs and learning style.
