East Mountain School serves students in grades 7-12 classified as behavioral disabilities/emotionally disturbed. The school program is structured into content departmentalized settings with specific placements that include; an academic challenging track, a behavioral/affective needs group, small group-departmentalized settings and an intensive-support, therapeutic-based program.

The School accepts children ages 3-14 who are classified preschool disabled, multiply disabled, and behaviorally disabled. Children classified with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) are served from age 3-21.
