Celebrate the Children (CTC) has been providing services for children with difficulties in relating, communicating and thinking since 1995. We offer a progressive educational program based on the Developmental Individual Relationship Based (DIR®) Intervention Model.
East Mountain School serves students in grades 7-12 classified as behavioral disabilities/emotionally disturbed. The school program is structured into content departmentalized settings with specific placements that include; an academic challenging track, a behavioral/affective needs group, small group-departmentalized settings and an intensive-support, therapeutic-based program.
New Road School of Somerset serves students 12 to 21 from grade 7 through post high school graduation. Our programs focus on the students with cognitive, emotional and social issues.

Honor Ridge Academy is a DOE approved private day school for educationally classified students ages 5 to 21, providing a strong academic program including crisis and behavior management to out-of-district placed students for over 40 years. We provide: complete academic curriculum, small classroom setting, positive based behavior management systems, individual therapeutic counseling for all students, as well as, related services pursuant to the IEP.

The Arc of Essex County's Stepping Stones School is a private non-profit school, designed to meet the developmental and learning needs of children with cognitive impairments including children with Down syndrome. The Matheny School is a private school that serves students with multiple disabilities. We give our students the opportunity to reach their highest level of academic achievement, while also obtaining maximum independence. We take unique measures to address our curriculum, which is based upon the Common Core standards and the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards.
ECLC is a private, nonprofit, network of agencies providing lifelong services to children and adults with disabilities. Our two schools serve more than 300 children, ages 5-21. Our innovative teachers and professional staff are constantly exploring and seeking new ways to help our students achieve their greatest potential, through transition to work or engagement in day/evening programs.
