Program Description:
For more than 85 years, The Gramon School has been at the forefront of providing education to students with developmental disabilities. Currently, the school serves individuals ages 16 to 21, with a primary focus on high school education and transition services.
Our mission is to empower students with the essential skills required to achieve maximum independence and success in their post-21 endeavors, whether that involves pursuing higher education, enrolling in a day program, or transitioning to independent living.
We offer a comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes practical, real-world applications, equipping students with tools they can use both at home and within their communities.
